Strings Day

Recently, some of our children who do extra guitar tuition lessons went to The Kensington Town Hall to take part in a workshop and performance. In the morning they worked hard on two arrangements: one of James Bond and one for Shotgun by George Ezra. They practised so hard that even a string snapped on one of their guitars, not to mention the sore thumbs.

The performance at the end of the day in the main hall was a real highlight.

p.s. Ateeb was the only child in the room (of 100 children) who knew what an ostinato was!
